Who is it for?
Clubspaces is for any type of youth and amateur sports club or league or family activity.   Sports leagues, teams and scout troops all need an easy way to manage their club. Many national organizations, such as AYSO, National Junior Basketball, ASA, PONY and USA Volleyball have selected Clubspaces to be their exclusive provider of club management services for their members.

What is Clubspaces?
Clubspaces is an online service that provides youth and amateur sports associations, leagues and teams a way to build a website, manage their members, and play the game. Functionality includes website creation, registration, game scheduling, payment, fundraising, stats, mobile and social media applications. Clubspaces brings all of the complex activities required to run and manage a club together in one seamless experience.

How many users can we have?      
As many as you want! There is no limit to the number of members you can have in your club, administrators whom you permit to access the tools, or the number of documents you can store.The Clubspaces platform is flexible enough to work for any sport, is scalable for ease-of-use by a single team or a 50,000 person national organization, and eliminate administrative burden from clubs.

Is it just a website?      
No. A club website is just one of the features. All of the tools to manage your club are accessible online through your Clubspace Admin Panel. As an administrator you will have access to all of the behind-the-scenes tools, and can also give access to others. Registrars and Treasurers can set up your payment options to collect fees, and then a member can pay those fees right through your club website. Your club’s Scheduler can update the club calendar through the Admin Panel, which automatically appears on the central calendar for all members to see.

Do I need to install any software?      
No, Clubspaces is an online tool. All you need is a web browser. This also means that you never need to back up data, store paper documents, or install any updates. You and your members can access your Clubspace at any time.

What if I need help?
We’re always here to help. Once you sign up you will have immediate access to our support center with video tutorials, user guides, knowledgebase and more. It’s chock full of how-to’s, frequently asked questions and answers, and a powerful search tool for specific questions. And you can always contact a Clubspaces support team member directly 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Why is it free?      
From its inception Clubspaces offered a free solution to all clubs so that they could direct their limited budget towards the actual activities that brought them together in the first place. Our standard service is supported advertising revenues. Customers that would like to opt-out of the advertising supported service can elect to purchase a subscription based service.  Additionally, there is a charge if you wish to use our premium registration services, include online registration for your members and collection payments electronically. How does the advertising work?      
Clubspaces is subsidized by a professional sponsorship and advertising program. We partner with family friendly brands like Parents Connect which is a part of MTV Networks and Nickelodeon to provide their advertisers premium placements for their campaigns and allow us to offer a free. We operate a stringent approval process often working with the national associations before adding new sponsors to ensure advertising is 100% appropriate for members.

Who are the sponsors?      
Clubspaces works with organization like banks, car manufacturers, sporting goods, and national retailers.

Clubspaces has grown to hundreds of thousands of members in a phenomenally short period of time. Help spread the word. Send them an email. Call them on the phone. Ask your fellow club members to do the same.
Here’s a handy script: “Hey __________! I just found this amazing service for our club and it’s free! It’s called Clubspaces, and it’s a great online tool to help us manage all the details for running our club. Check it out and let me know what you think. We need this!”

How do I get my National Organization to work with Clubspaces?
Send them an email letting them know the experience you have had with using this service. Tell your local or regional members about us. We want to work with your parent organizations to help drive membership growth and retention, and share our advertising revenues.
