The Customer Service and Support Representative is a critical role, working with new customers to configure and set up their club web site, club management tools, and online registration. A strong combination of technical and interpersonal skills is a must for success.
 


Job Duties:
  • Work with youth sports clubs and their volunteers to configure and set up club web sites, club management tools, and online registration
  • Educate and explain features and functionality to customers
  • Clearly document customer needs and interactions
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in products, processes and documentation

Skills and Experience:
  • Must have at last 2-3 years technical support experience in an office environment
  • Must be very computer savvy, with strong working knowledge of Internet
  • Ability to follow up on customer issues with customers and coworkers, written and orally
  • Ability to walk clients through an Internet Service remotely over the web
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology
  • Ability to effectively manage time and schedules
  • Thrives working in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
  • Passion for youth sports market as coach, player or parent
