Clubspaces has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Representative:


Responsibilities Include:
  • Work with and setup customers on our online service
  • Answer customer support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot the problem to resolve issues
  • Create and conduct system demos
  • Develop Training Materials to help customers use the service (Video, User Guides, etc.)

Qaulifications:
  • Technology background with a basic knowledge of .Net or J2EE preferred
  • Experience with HTML or web design a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with customers
  • Good understanding of business processes
  • Willing to work extra hours to get the job done
  • Excellent attitude and ability to work with a team
  • BS or Computer Science degree
  • Commitment to excellence – even under aggressive timelines

We are looking for a team player with the intellectual horsepower to keep up with a fast paced start-up. The position requires a “can-do” attitude, flexibility to change, a very hands-on approach and a strong work ethic. A technology background whether in school or professionally is required, however passion, intelligence and a willingness to do what it takes to grow the business will be more highly valued than deep experience and a high powered resume.
